As the founder of Inertia Electric Motors Solutions, my journey has been rooted in combining data-driven decision-making with business innovation. With an MBA in Marketing and a background in Computer Science and Statistics, I bring a unique blend of analytical and strategic skills. My early career experience as a Data Analyst at Hala InfoSec Private Limited and as a Business Development Executive at Axis Bank sharpened my ability to identify market opportunities, manage customer relationships, and create solutions that solve real-world problems.
Co-Founder’s Note – Sai Kumar Pangoth
As co-founder, I bring over four years of experience in international business processes, customer support, and recruitment. My career has spanned diverse sectors — from global recruitment to customer service for international clients in various industries. Through roles at Synergy Global Technologies, R Tech Information Systems, Metafin Consulting, and Head Digital Works, I developed a strong foundation in client communication, process management, and customer satisfaction.
Working across multiple time zones and handling international clients has equipped me with the ability to navigate complex customer requirements, negotiate effectively, and resolve issues quickly. This background aligns seamlessly with our company’s mission, where client trust and long-term partnerships form the cornerstone of growth.
